Why You Would Like To Work Here: I want this job because I am a huge fan of forum newspapers/magazines and I believe this newspaper will be a big success. One of the main reasons is because I really enjoy participating in newspaper/magazine teams and I want my skills to be made good use of. I am also hugely dedicated, hard working, punctual and creative. I would check this newspaper everyday. The most important reason is because I want to make this newspaper a success!

What Job: MCCP News reporter (I think being in charge of the MCCP Event Log would be an advantage)

Example Of Work: (Below are examples of my unreleased work from other newspapers)


1st example (Writing about MCCP threads):

In the forums, there are tons of threads that people would class ‘popular’ or ‘important’. Some of the most recent popular threads would be in the ‘Bugs & Glitches’ section. One thread that caught a lot attention was ‘free money (non-hacking)’. This must have seemed bizarre to most forumers, because cheating to get thousands of coins is blatantly hacking! Some people will never learn! There seems to be loads of hacking and cheating these days and most are getting away with it. Is club penguin blind?

One old favourite on the forums would undoubtedly be ‘Caught on Photograph’. This thread is full of hilarious club penguin screenshots including a bathroom world, girlfriend and boyfriend tryouts, weddings, tipping ninjas and penguin fights. This is a classic funny thread and each page would be guaranteed to crack you up anytime. Lets all hope it will be pinned soon due to its pure funny bones.

2nd example (Party review):

It was afternoon and I was hastily waddling to the forest. When I got there I saw Melaugh enjoying himself dancing away. A little while later we went to Melaugh's igloo which was greatly decorated with a big birthday banner, lots of presents, colourful balloons and groovy music playing in the background. During the party we did loads of exciting things such as bogeying at the nightclub, robbing the pizza parlour, dressing up as girls (I don’t know who suggested that weird idea) and making love hearts at random penguins. It was great to see familiar forumer faces including Intretx, Coolguy0934, Nickypenny and of course Melaugh. The party was great and I hope there is another party like this in the future! Happy birthday Melaugh!

3rd example (Party review):

It was early afternoon and I heard Dez Homi’s party had already started. I waddled as fast as I could, as I didn't want to miss all the fun.

When I got to the cove I immediately saw Dez Homi dancing the day away with some other familiar forumers including Jurtle, Basketcase1 and Stalemite67. It was great to see the variety of fashions which penguins were wearing. I was extremely surprised to see some penguins dressed as clowns, firefighters and Hawaiian dancers; maybe they thought it was a dressing up party. Dez Homi looked very happy with his party, probably because he was getting lots of smiles, birthday wishes and most of all, lots of attention.

Next, we headed over to the snow forts and started snowball fighting, I was hit on the head twice; I guess that is what happens when you are doing a review at the same time.

Most people got bored with snowball fighting and Dez Homi told everyone to go to the lodge, I guess he was eager to win some find four games. Everyone competitively started playing find four. The atmosphere was fantastic.

I got fairly bored after a while and so I left. It was a really great party and I hope there is one like this in the future. Next time I would love to see lots of cake!

4th example (Article about Gapti leaving and the TCPV club):

On Monday 4th August Gapti revealed that he would be closing the hugely successful TCPV (The Club Penguin Vikings). This came to shock to many formers as Gapti had recently been discussing improvements to be made on the club and the club forum. It looks like this club is gone forever as Gapti requested it not to be re-written.

Gapti also stated he would be leaving the forum. ‘This will be my last post for a long time’ was what he said. It is rumoured that he left to return home to South Africa. Is the reason or is it because TCPV members had been declining? I guess we will never know.

P.S. I will post my symbol later if I get in.

MCCP Extravaganza Awards Forum- Some think it will make MCCP a lot more exciting, Some think its going to turn into a populartiy contest.

December 16th was the date when Dracophile made a forum called: MCCP Extravaganza awards forum (Will be given a real name shortly) The Moderators are discussing how the forum will work, however they can reveal that the awards will be based upon who has done what for the forums. Lately some forumers have believed our community is dying and believe this forum is exactly what we need to pump things back up. But is it all good? Some people are starting to have doubts about the forum, believeing it will turn into a blatant popularity contest.

Heres a another example:
October was the month that saw the beggining of the Save the RP Forum campaign, and it has certainly worked. The campaign started with Role-players voting for the favourite role-play in a poll Leader706and Coolguy set up, the winner was Paradise City, oddly though it only lasted a couple of days and the main Role-plays took the RP forum by storm. California college, set up by Stalamite67, has certainly done its bit to save the Role-playing forum. It has accumilated 631 posts in under a month and there only on there second day at the college! East High, made by Caution was another great High-school role play which is now locked, however it contained a lot of drama,romance and action and is definately worth a read. Away from High-school Xythons Ninja School came later in the month and is doing extremely well.

In conclusion, the month of October was probably one of the most memorable months in N.S.L.A.R.P history and it definatley looks like it will be sticking round for a while longer.

this is probably one of my poorer examples, if you give me a thread to write about I can probably do better
