False Advertising?

On the Miniclip website, I was playing a game. At the bottom of the screen there was a small ad for CP. The ad said "Penguins In Space" and has two penguins in the alien outfits, floating in outer space, with what looks like Mars in the backround.

Isn't this false advertising since you can't really go into outer space as a room in CP, only as a theater performance? It is like saying you can actually go into space if you play, which is a lie.

So is it false advertising?

I'm thinking they think that once they see Club Penguin, they won't even care anymore.

or maybe there showing up a sneak peak of a new game or room

the advert appeared when the stage appeared, it was the play then, they just havent changed the ads yet... answer your question?

It was the first play on the stage when it was new. Technically the ad is just outdated now since the stage is that high school gym theme or whatever.

Actually they brought the space theme back last month, although recently they have changed the Stage yet again. This time with Gators!

This is not false advertising. If the ad actually said you are in space, then yes, but it doesn't so it is not.
