Forum changes/code log

Should have started this when the forums first started but I neglected to do so. This is a public log of changes and new additions to the forums.

v3.4.1 - (current)
- "Users Currently Online" info box re-added to the bottom of the forums.
- GMail no longer accepted as valid registration email (ad spam problems).

- "Gamerscore" replaced with a Twitter-esque "$[username] is currently" field.

- Quick Reply function added.

- "Penguin Name" and "Gamerscore" added to postbits_legacy template.

- Ban list page added.

- Moderator stars removed, replaced with colored names again.
- Thread rating graphics uploaded and turned on.

- Forum "Body" templates edited to format links properly.

- "Infraction System 2.0" released.
- Big-Boards.com ranking badge added to bottom of the forums.
