I took this out of the terms and conditions.

Miniclip Limited requires users to the Miniclip website and any of its services to be 14 years or older unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is directly supervising them in which case they may only use the sections and games of the Miniclip.com website at these links; Learning section, http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/learning.php , Club Penguin , http://www.miniclip.com/games/club-penguin/en/

But Ben says that you have to be 13, Well notice how I highlighted any. I guess that includes the forums.

I wonder what this means...

I think it is mainly to ward off accusations of rude or illicit games.

Wow. I never knew that. But some of their games are designed for younger kids. And being 13 is the law, so I think he may of had to do that.

It's in a place where it's not meant to be read or followed.

Your meant to be 14 probably, but miniclip is aimed at people under 14.

Kind of weird, perhaps it is out of date or something.

This was brought up in the old forums. The admins said that the age is 13 for forums, which is a seperate branch of the site.

Vbulletin requires you to be 13, while the miniclip limited site wants you to be 14 since they have games that are for more mature users.

The forums are seperate from the main site. Although it is still one of their services, the forum is under a Vbulletin contract not a miniclip contract.
