Default Can a regular pokemon bred to make a shiny?

Well I was wondering if you breed two non shinies is it possible that the hatched pokemon can be shiny?

I'm guessing it can. I think any pokemon you get can be shiny, not excactly sure...

Yes, it is possible for any pokemon to be shiny. but in G/S/C if you breed with a shiny, the chances of the offspring being shiny are much higher.
