Help with 5th gym in Diamond

Hey, I really need help with the fifth gym in Diamond.Whenever I go there she isn't at the gym.Please help

I am really far and I'm pretty sure it's not the 5th gym. (Like in Ruby)

did you get the secretpotion to free the psyduckd yet?

You must have seen her in the Contest Hall and then must have gone to Celestic Town after giving the Secret Potion to the Psyduck, you get it from Cynthia in Valor Lakefront, then after you come back from Celestic Town, you meet Cynthia an then the gym leader Fantina will be in her gym, I recommend you to fight the trainers, so you can see Drifloon for the Sinnoh Dex.
