help finding pokemon leaf green

i need help trying to find these pokemon: sunkern, oddish, ekans, mareep, giragarig, miltank, growlithe, hoothoot, pineco, sudowoodo, psyduck, chinchou, shellder, ursaring, houndour, snubull, smeargle.

Some of those you can't get in the game, and others you can find in the Sevii Islands after having the natonal dex. Also Ekans can only be found in Fire Red
