A few Diamond questions
I seem to can't find the fourth gym leader.I keep checking Hearthrome but they are never there.Where are they
 2.I always go underground but i can't figure out how to catch Sheildon.Do i need to talk to someone?or do i need an item?I can't figure it out

How do i dig.Just above ground or under ground?
