How To make New Friends.

Judging:
Don't Judge a Friend On Its popularity, Cool clothes.The Way to judge a penguin is by Hanging out with them, Talking with them The You should go Up To them and Ask to be there buddy.
Some Things That you DON'T Want to say:
If You would like to A Penguins Friend, Just Simply ask them.Don't Go around saying"Be my buddy or i will report you"Or"I'm Friends with So and so",That will just make your Chances Decrees.
Buddy's:
If your a Buddy with someone and you Never Talk, Hang out, See them then, Don't be surprised if they Delete you.What you want to do is hang out with your Buddy's By finding them on your list(If there on)And Maybe Inviting them to your igloo.
Anything to add Just tell me.

Im a loser, who has no rare items, and can't make any friends. I am a pathetic penguin who always gives " " when no one talks to me, and more importantly I can't even get any coins.

I have a sincere remark to the maker of this thread - My life on CP has greatly changed and I thank you for that. I don't know where I would be without your cooperative advice.

Yea, I never heard of you. I think I'm a little popular on Mammoth....I think my popularity is going down, or is it going up? I'm lost....lol. Anyways, nice guide. People say "I got Top as my buddy!" alot. It gets VERY annoying.
