Hmm... how about we get some people from each state to find a independent film festival near them, and submit it? Then the MCCP movie might go pro. we can be national stars,

That's encouraged, but I will be submitting it via this independent film outlet called B-Side that handles distribution to most large film festivals, so that may not be needed.
