Can I make a second version of my old Pingu thread?

Some of you remember my Pingu thread on my old account, idristhegiant.
I was just wondering, can I make a new version of it? My old one hasn't been replied to for 3 months.

Why can't you just bump it? Has long has it's a contribution, you can bump that thread.

If you want to post a new one so you can have editing control over the first post and stuff that's ok.
