no it isn't, the snipurl.com thing, break it up this is what it meens:

It's just a way to make long urls, shorter. And some parts of website adresses (including in bibble and steel you sole adresses) the filter thinks they are bad words. so people go to snipurl to make them shorter and so that the filter dosen't stop it. back on topic:
