My dad has this software that allows you to view and use older versions of websites. I know that this software ISN'T illegal, but I was wondering if it is fair for me to use this to play Penguin Chat 3. When the question is answered, please lock this thread.

Do you mean archive.org, the Internet Way Back Machine?
Unless a webcrawler has specifically saved a website over time I don't believe it's possible to access the media once it has been taken offline.

I wasn't talking about Archive.org, I was talking about this software my dad bought so he could look at these old newspaper articles on this old Ripley site.

If you can do that, send me some pictures. But I doubt Panguin Chat 3 is available, because it is deleted, not an older version of Club Penguin.

Ahh! Good old Penguin chat 3. I miss those days. I doubt you could go on Penguin chat 3, since it has been shutdown. If you could go on it (I doubt it) it would be boring, since no-one else is on it anymore.

The site yes, but the game cant be stored by anybody except RS. If he deleted it off the internet, its gone...

Archive.org lets you view the page that penguin chat was on, but I'm pretty sure it's not playable.

Like I said, the Ripley articles are likely in Adobe Acrobat format, and ARE archives, but they are still hosted on a website.
Penguin Chat 3 requires a server to manage connections, and there are no servers that run Rocketsnail Games' game anymore.

I tried to get on PC3, but when my computer said it was done, it kept loading, so we can't get on,

The chances are that you probably wouldn't be able to, because NHI would have to pay for the server to run Penguin Chat 3 on.
I don't know what everybody's obsession is to play PC3 anyways. If it's just to see what it was like "Back in the day", all it was, was the town, the coffee shop, I think the hockey rink, and the dance club, minus the second floor.
There also used to be a link where you could play Penguin Chat 2, but I remember some staff members getting angry at the website for hosting the game without their permission.
So just keep with Club Penguin. Nothing is really too interesting about any of the older versions.
