I finally couldn't take it any more. I am underaged. I have met a lot of nice people on these forums (and some bad ones), and I hope that some day I'll be able to come back.

I am really 10, but I had a lot of laughs and fun on the forums.

I have no idea why there is even a 13 or older rule, it's club penguin, not secks in the city. (sorry for my language but it had to be said)

The reason there is a 13 year old rule is that the Miniclip HQ is based out of London, England. There is something called COPPA. I has to do with certain aged kids going on different sites. And in England they take this law very seriously. That is why.
