Hello, I bet your thinking what the Mad Cow is the NMA . Well, The NMA is the offical Non-Member Army Team . We are made for good and not evil . We will do wars so do'nt go crazy if we start one . It's all in part of the fun . And for the record, ClubPenguin was will NEVER stop .

Rules
1.No spamming
2.Obey The Head Genrals commands
3.All members MUST arrive at meetings and wars . If not they have to have a good exuse .
4. Obey the uniform code . If you are haveing trouble ask a member of the army and they will help you
5. Never give up . We die trying .
6.When there's a war on follow the insructions or you will be running around like a headless chicken
