I really have no idea what those are because I have never been hacked before. But just do as Pikedog and Amj have said and just e-mail Club Penguin Support about it and you will get a quick response.

or you can just be patient and wait for the other e-mail you sent. It takes about 1-2 hours for a reply.

Ask for there number and say that your banned becuase you got hacked. When you call them they might want to speak with your parents or an adult with you.
