The Pokemon Online stuff works via the DS Wi-Fi Feature which allows you to go online with your DS with any Wireless Connection or at any Hot-Spot that some companies(like Mc Donalds) put in their "centrals"(sorry, I don't know the word, it's just I'm from Mexico, but I mean like the restaurants are regarding Mc Donalds) for anyone to go online for free.

In the new versions of Pokemon Diamond And Pearl the Online features will be somewhat these:
I. Pokemon Center Basement(Like Union Room But Wi-Fi)
1. You can battle trainers that can be miles away from you.
2. You can trade Pokemon with other people, like from Japan(this will help you get Pokemon only available there, like Celebi).
II. Battle Tower
1. You can team up with another trainer to clear the Battle Tower.
2. You may not team up with another trainer, but to battle them.

There are many other Online features that I don't know at the time, but as I learn from them I'll let you know.

And Wait for Manpahy by Tomorrow or Today at Night I'll Have the Tutorial Finished.

1 Can you actually communicate on wifi using speech and sound, cuz thatd bo sooo coool?
2 You might not know this but do you know why Manaphies baby is Fione? I heard that thats the result of breeding it.

1 Yes, you can actualy use the DS built-in microphone to TALK to other people via Wi-Fi
2 Yes Fione is the result of breeding Manaphy with a Ditto, but Fione cannot elvolve back to Manaphy.

look up gameshark codes on the internet. Then put in the gameshark code into gameshark when your supposed to put it in.

Hello, I'm back and I will again answer your Pokemon (DIAMOND AND PEARL ONLY) questions so feel free to ask

what poke ball do you use to capture the three pokemon from the lakes? I forgot their name.

I recomend you for the ones in the caves to use the Quick Ball in your first turn always, and if it doesn't work use Dusk Balls after weakening them.
My tip for the one that flees is as follows:
1.Select the Poketch App. Marker Map.
2.Go tu Jublife.
3.To the North of Jublife is Route 204, keep switching between this Route and Jublife until the Pokemon appears to the left of Jublife, in the cross between Jublife and the left of it, is a house, but to pass to the other side, with doors in the left and the right, go through it and the Pokemon's location won't change, Surf there and the only Pokemon there will be Mespirit.
4.Use Quick Balls or do so damage, because the next time you find it, it'll have the same HP as the last battle.
5.If you have a Pokemon with something like Mean Look and it's night, use Dusk Balls.

I think PalkiaDepends, what EVs are spread where? I say if Dialga has Special Attack and Special Defense, the fight would be all Dialga. If not, but it had high Special Defense, then still Dialga.
