I have not seen many episodes of the japanese version (on DVD) far enough to demonstrate these possibilites. But I believe Naurto and Hinata, and probobly Shikumaru and Temari.

Hopefully Naruto and Sakura. I can't stand to think of having Naruto and Hinata together. I might have to stop watching the show if that happened.

I read that in a future Manga that Naruto and Sakura have their moments and in Shipuuden Sakura starts to like Naruto but Shikamaru and Temari together forever
