-Banned For No Reason?-Read This Guide.

This guide should solve all problems to Bans if you did not do anything wrong, and it will give you step-by-step tips showing what you should do.

TIP # 1

DO NOT COMPLAIN TO CLUB PENGUIN FORUMS.

Do not make pointless threads that say, 'OMG I HAVE BEEN BANNED FOR EVER!' It is complete spam. As miniclip Moderators have said before, we arent going to magicaly fix the problem.

TIP # 2

THINK BACK

Say to yourself-

~Did I do something against The Club penguin Rules?
~Did i curse/swear/cuse?
~Did you mention something that was sexualy abusing?
~Did you insult a penguin?
~Did You Do ANYTHING wrong?

If you have gone over this list and you havent done any of those things, You have Been HACKED.

TIP #3

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED.

Have you been hacked? Luckily, there is a way out. Simply email Club penguin Support At This Website Link- http://support.clubpenguin.com/mc/help/contact/general.php . Explain that you have done nothing wrong and they may add your Penguin again.
Calling Club Penguin,
If you have e-mailed them and they wont unban you, you should get your parents or an adult to call this number,
Customer Support Manager at 1-250-861-5111 ext. 109.

TIP #3

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A 24 HOUR OR 72 HOUR BAN-FOR NO REASON.

Dont put up a fight. 24 hours is only a day, and 72 hours might be a bit longer, but you can stay away from Club Penguin for a few days.

TIP #4

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

If a moderator lets you back onto Club Penguin, emmideatly change your password, the Hacker or Hackers Could Get Into Your Account.
Also when you are banned you can change your password. Change it before you get unbanned.

why is this thread suddenly dying? All though i have to admit i havent seen nearly 1 spam thread yet that says, "IVE BEEN BANNED FOR NO REASON! OMG!"

To start with im not going to do the omg thing, my son got banned from club penguin just under a week ago.I have e-mailed club penguin 4 times with no reply, i have paid a year subscription and was wondering if any one could tell me any other way to get intouch without ringing [i live in england].

P.S my child says he doesnt know what hes done so if club penguin gave me an explanation
