A refferal is a number that shows how many people you have shown this site to. Example: If you tell someone about this site, they can say you "reffered" them and you get one more refferer. It does nothing, really.

I believe the person has to post to update his/her rank.

Basically it is how VBulletin works.

Every time you make a post, the server will add onto your number of posts and then see whether you should have changed ranks. This means when you post VBulletin realises the rank should be "" instead of "Club Penguin Player".

Ben has a control that allows him to make the system automatically recalculate everyone's rank regardless whether they have posted or not.

Really the only suggestion is to wait until the dates above. Of course, those are displayed in MY time zone, so you're in London you say? They will be off by a few hours, you can view your infractions in your profile.

Amazing, I'm from London and I don't think I'm talking weird. Grammar and spelling (for most words) is the same in every part of the English speaking word.

Please only post here if you're sure your rank is frozen. Make sure you're looking at the EXPIRATION TIME. Posting every day asking if it has expired is only spamming the thread. If your rank isn't frozen, please don't post here with a useless comment. Double check before your post to make sure that something is messed up with your infraction.

You should make sure it matches the time zone that you have your forum stuck at, not the time zone you are living in.;)

If they do match, then a staff member will have to fix the problem.

Nope, your rank should actually be displaying "On my way out...". Once all your infractions expire is when your rank is supposed to go away. Until then, I can't fix your rank.

About the referring thing... I don't think it is possible for a user to know who referred them.

Yea, even if you already have 2, 3, or even 4 infractions that have expired and you get a 5th infraction, you become permanently banned (perma-banned).

Actually, the infraction first infraction you obtained was given to you on the 14th of April. You must wait until ALL of them expire before you actually get your rank fixed back to normal.

You never got an infraction for double posting, all of your infractions were for not having 35 characters. Be careful though, one more infraction and you will be perma banned.

It will go down once one of the infractions is expired. Once both are expired, you will have no rank.

When points expire you rank changes and you may get some posting permissions back that you lost. That's the point of them expiring.

Only staff members can get ranks now, besides the negative ranks.
RFS took away posting ranks, because members were spamming to get higher ranks.
