I agree, sorry blingstr, but I can do that in half a second, at least some people actually made theirs have eyecatching effects. This is a disgraceful option and I belive it should be changed, no matter what the pun.

Actually i wrote it on paper and scanned it so it took about 5 minutes. It was sort of a joke but i think it makes a good banner. :D

Not to be a downer or anything, but for the joke to be properly executed, dictatorship wasn't the right term. Either fascism, totalitarian, or absolutism should have been used.
I thought Bizor's was a lot more eye-catching, but I suppose Roasty's sense of humor got the best of him while choosing banners. -_-
