Ohhhh. So its better to just get the wireless adapter? When I plug the Enthernet cord from the back of the 360 to the back of laptop and test connnection the results said "Wired"
then the IP thing said "Failed". :P

You can't put it in the laptop you need a router. Plug the wired cord one end in to the back left of your XBOX 360 and put the other half in the router.
If you don't know what a router is please post back.

Yeah, this was my problem so I bought the wireless-to-ethernet bridge adapter. It's the old MN740 adapter made for the ORIGINAL XBox but it is still compatible with the 360. Plus, it costs HALF as much (about $50) instead of the $99 360 wireless thing.

I am not 100% sure, I know that to play CONSOLE titles against people you need Gold, but Silver will let you buy and download games and stuff from the Marketplace. When I signed up they gave me a free month of Gold but I dont know if I will spend the money to renew or not.
