Do you workout, if you do, then post your weekly routine.

I lift 5/10 pounds weights every 3 days.
I do 25 pushups every other day.
I do 25 situps every single day.

now i just skateboard and play basketball.
The rest of the day i sit on the sofa or my computer chair LOL :D

Yea, when I'm not goofin around on here, i'm usually skatin too, but its been too darn cold :|
I'm lucky because I live in a big city with lots of places to go. But when i get my liscense this summer, i'm sure i won't be skating as much ;)

I just ride my bike often from spring till autumn! New season is coming! :)

I play soccer an awful lot and i go cross country i won the first race out of my year group:D in the woods hiking and stuff it rocked

i lift 50 kilos (legs) twice a week, before karate.

apart from that, the daily pushups, sitdowns and i go biking almost everyday, since im skinny i gotta take advantage of my muscles.:P

ii dont go to gyms or sumthing like that.. but i love to dance, and when im not dancing.. im working out my fingers on my keyboard.:|

I go to the gym every other day i can lift around in teh middle not alot not to small but just right...

Greenboy you are just like me laddies!!!!!! i have a shirt that says that got tickets to the gun show

While I was seriously trying to get into shape (Late summer/early fall)

I was doing a minimum of:

100 Situps
50 Pushups
8/10lb weights (no specific amount of time)

Almost every day. Surprisingly, all that really did was give me a six-pack, but i'm still pretty puny in the upper body.

Also, I run 5 miles every sunday.

When I'm bored I go down to my basement, we got a whole gym for the family.

List 10/15 pounds
30 push ups
30 sit ups
30 jumping jacks

and other stuff.

I run at least two miles every day and on a good day I get seven miles in. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have wrestling practice for an hour and a half so I guess you could say I work out quite a bit. Oh, I forgot to mention I weightlift every now and then.

i do 50 sit ups and 50 push ups everynight and i also play hockey 4 times a week so i have to work out alot!

Yeah I work out, It's not really an weekly routine though.....I lift about 90 when Im feeling that Ihave enough free time, and Im very athletic so I am always doing something that deals with working out
