Rap sucks.

Rock has melody. Rap is not the least bit enjoyable. Rock is catchy. I have yet to hear a catchy rap song. Rap doesn't do anything to people. None of the people (excluding Tupac), who do rap are influential. Look at all the rock people who are influencial, The Beatles, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, Neil Peart, Joe Strummer, John Fogarty, Bob Dylan, etc.

(Colt 45 is pretty sweet, though.)

The only way I listen to rap is Rapcore. Mix of rock and rap. I'd listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sum41, Rage Against the Machine, and Hot Action Cop. They are rock artists, but some of their music has rapping in it.

I like some rock mixed with rap its awsome.:)
