In the 1860's the United States was plunged into a civil war. This was the biggest and most devestation of any American wars, with over 45,000 American soliers, North and South, killed. To honor these great men, I am making a Civil War movie about the battle of Gettysburg, the biggest battle, and the turning point. Here is some information:

Actors:
Ulyssus S. Grant(even though he wasn't in this battle, he was a big figure): Oagalthorp

General Hancock:

Colonal Chamberlain: Goozgooz

Robert E. Lee:

General Longstreet:

Stonewall Jackson (he wasn't here either, but was a VERY big figure):

Yeah, I saw read the book. The movie was actually based off of the book "The Killer Angels". Its a GREAT book.

Anyway, we will have tryouts later. Now I am making the script.

Not necesarily. There were no real "bad guys" in the Civil war. I recomend you read "The Killer Angels", and the other two books.

Cool, I may want to be in it. I've been to gettysburg before also. It was rihgt by our house. We would go there often. Since I'm miliaty I don't live there anymore. I lived there is 2005-2006 (2006 a little)If you have seen it, it is a really cool place.
