Well if this was your answer then we must say your under arrest and must go to our court imidiatly to face the consequences of your behaving.

This court is great COFF COFF! Really - everyone in this court barelly dont do nothing at all. We only punish penguins for doing allowed things! Isnt that great. So if you trow a snowball to a penguin you will be arrested and will go our court.
How do you guys know what i did?
Well we will be messing around the club penguin looking for this well behavied penguins to punish them. Everything will be crazy! The chaos will be a parody...
How do you punish people?
Well this is the most important question and has an easy answer. We dont know how to punish. The staff is really lazy. at the court noone knows what to do. i mean the cops let thiefs get away and dont even care catching them. The Judge cant make their own decisions. So we dont know what to do. We just punish peple. We can make them do some running around the whole cp and the cops will go after them.
We can still ask people to give us money. Only if they want of course!
We can make them order a pizza for the crew. We like pizza and its alwasy great eating them - specially in our meetings.
Our meetings will be at friday 1pm Penguin Time at my court
