(Not sure if this would really work because it might just turn into a popularity contest, and not actually who they think would be most likely for that category.)
You all know of the "Most Likely" thing they do at schools in the yearbook every year right? Well what about if we did that here?
The first thing that would happen is a sticky that people suggest a category to be posted. The idea would run through me, and may or may not end up posted, depending on the type of suggestion, and how many people would like a category like that. The main sticky would be to (hopefully) prevent repeat threads, unless they are highly demanded, threads like "Most likely to eat a hamburger for supper tonight" and so there wouldn't be 5 million threads to go through for nominations and polls.
People who post in the "Most likely" thread would nominate a couple people who they think should be the person to win in that category. After a while, the nominations in the thread would be counted up, and a poll would be posted with the top 3 or 5 nominated people(depending on the amount of people nominated for that category) for voting. The poll would stay open for a few days, and then the winner would be announced.
So basically, it's like the M.A.P's, but with more categories and run by a member with a couple moderator abilities. This idea could be expanded to do something more "Best at whatever" area as well, depending on how people would think that would work.
I've thought of prizes for winning one of the categories, and there would probably be a few too many prizes having to be given out. So you could just have bragging rights and the feeling of winning something on an online Club Penguin forum.;)
