I rate this party 6/10 because the idea was really good but apart from the balloon ride and tallest mountain there aren't many decorations apart from fans. The free item is a re-colour of a previous item.

I rate it 1/10. In my opinion the jetpack should have been a free user item because it is from a minigame and from PSA missions, and many people who saw that it was gunna be out were waiting to get it.

Okay. I rate the party 7/10. First, the party`s idea was great, but the decorations weren`t that great. But it was cool in the Pool and the Cove, I mean, you can see the sky! I was disappointed by the item, because it was an recolor.

The idea was great, but the decorations are horrible. Both of the items are cool, even though one is a re-color. The balloon ride was very pathetic and the Tallest Mountain is so plain. However, I am glad that you can meet Gary again.

When first I had first heard of this party, I was very happy. It was an idea I really liked. It felt like CP had a burst of originality. So, I have waited for this party and held my breath and set myself for what in my mind was probably one of the best parties of 2009. How wrong I was...

Decorations-2/10
A few fans here and there, sun and clouds and fences. Dull and boring. The Cloud Maker takes too much time and the buttons are brought back straight after Music Jam which had them too and they lose all their charm because of that. The only room that was decorated inside was Nightclub and probably the only room I liked. Probably worsest decorated party I have seen.

Music-5/10
One soundtrack all around the isle with nightclub having its own track. With music being the same all around the isle, it only adds to dullness of the party.

Items-7/10
Jetpack is a very good item which was probably one of the most wanted items in CP that wasn't wearable yet. Could have been non-members, but its all right. The Propeller Hat is ok.

Members Room-N/A
As I'm not member, I won't rate it, but by the looks of it, the Balloon ride and the Tallest Mountain are the best rooms in this party.

Conclusion:
The party which had a great idea behind it have turned into a huge dissapointment. The plain decorations of this party will make you wonder why did anyone decided to put them on anyway.. This is probably one of the worsest party I have seen. Club Penguin team had really hit the mud with their face this time. This party will only be memorable because of the Jetpack, forget everything else as a nightmare.

Yeah, I'm rating it between 4-6, just becasue I was expecting, well, more. I mean, they could have gone with a LOT of different things. I mean, they could have made a room made of clouds, or had a flying room where if you went in, you'd float, because there were fans in the bottom or something. They could have had a STEAMPUNK ROOM. That would have been sooooooo awesome!

I'm so upset about the party, that I'm considering redrawing the rooms in the way they SHOULD have been made, not just the occasional fan here and there.

They only rooms they seemed to care about were the Members Only rooms, so I'm guessing that they're only gonna be putting effort in the member aspects of things from now on. Ugh. I'm gonna go to Canada and slap someone in the face right now. Excuse me....

I think cp is barely decorated, there could have been more related items to decorate the island with (balloons, birds, areoplane?) plus there was only one inside room that was themed, an extra two would have been fine. I like the music but its the same throughout with the exception of the nightclub. One of the free items was just recoloured although its a popular and well known piece of clothing, the jetpacks are very good (new, does an action) however only avalible to members. The best thing about the party is the baloon ride due to it being different but then again its unavalible to non-members, although they're should be something only for members however something less exciting.

For members, I give it a 8.5/10. Good free items, though the decorations could of been better, it was actually a real unique and good party, for the members it least, to me.

For non members though, It was absolutely terrible, really. The decorations were okay, and there was only 1 free item, and non members couldn't even get the jetpack. This made the party horrible for non members. I give a rating for non members 4/10.

Someone should put up a youtube video of the hot air balloon. It looks so fun! I wish I could ride it. I'm just glad that there is a different color hat for this event. I don't like when they do the same color for every other year. I'm glad we have blue, red and now green hats. I think that this event is fun though. It's definatly a creative idea! ^_^

Well, i'm going to have to rate it a 7/10. The decorations were okay but I don't know about the free item. Why can't they find anything new but to recolor the cap? I mean the Jet Pack is okay, though it is a member item, so I don't know.
