At long last the BDP contest has been restarted!
Over the time I was away some contestants have been banned and others have been inactive. So I've narrowed the competitors down to the Final Three!
The Final Three are... Drum roll please...

The final round will be slightly different than all the other rounds before, so pay attention to the new format!
There will be 3 voting threads posted that will judge three different outfits.
When an outfit gets first place in a thread the owner of it gets 3 points. Second place gets two, and third place gets one point. The penguin that has the most combined points from the three polls wins the title of CPMC's BDP and a one month membership card for CP (hope it hasn't expired, lol). If there is a tie I will add together all the votes cast in favor of the tied individuals and whomever has the most votes will win.

So now it is time to Explain the three outfits that our finalists will make.
Outfit One will be the same outfit you submitted from the last round of the competition (Green or Blue Trendy Scarf). I need Melaugh to e-mail me the outfit because the pic has expired that he submitted before.
Outfit Two will be centered around my personal favorite item, The Superhero Cape! Any color cape that you have can be used so if you don't have all of them like I do then don't fret :P
Outfit Three will be your choice! I figure I've been making you wear what I want you to this whole time I might as well let you get at least one outfit where you can do your own thing.
The final three are to post here saying that they understand the final format and then e-mail me their outfits so that everyone will have no idea who they are voting for and can base it only on the quality of the outfits. If you don't have a membership then e-mail me a list of what you would like the outfit to have on it.
