Link connected through words

How do you made something link into another site like CLICK HERE. But it leads you to some other site?

That I do not know but If your just trying to get a regular link copy the url at the top of the screen, but If It leads to a different website I don't know what to do

Here's how.

You highlite the word/words you want to be the link and then press Insert Link at the top. Then enter the URL, and voila!
