Shocking, Huh?

There i was, taking a walk. Minding my own business when i suddenly heard music. It sounded as if it were a loud guitar riff. I ignored it and kept walking. Then all of a sudden a white van pulls up behind me. I turn around to see who it is, oh have i regretted doing that. The license plate reads 599 GER. The doors open... the next thing i know i'm in the back of the van. Oh the pain as i am chained and thrown into the ocean. The world suddenly fades to black.

I believe Yoki was your murderer. He plays guitar and is in a band called 99 regrets. You said "I have regretted doing that" and the license plate was 599 GER, has 99 and the first three letters of "regret" in it.
Fade to black is a famous Metallica song but I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your murder.

Woah. Very well done! And yes now that i think about it Fade to Black actually is a Metallica song, interesting because i had just put that for dramatic effect. Well done The Observer , Well done.

There was one clue you missed, which was a rather small clue. It was that he is currently 15, which is where i got the 5 part for the 599 license plate.

I would really like it if you could make the "O" look like an eye with a red iris with "The Observer" on it, but if that's not possible I would like a shiny red badge with "The Observer" on it. Thank you.
