Today, at 4:39 P.M. my time, I died a violent death. I was standing on a beach, viewing the water flow serenely. Thunder and lightning echoed in my ears and vision. Suddenly, I was stabbed 16 consecutive times in the chest.
Please find out who killed me.

I think it could be ThisIsSparta. In his avatar, a simpson is echoing/shouting at the sky/weather, but from what you said, the sky/weather seemed to be echoing/shouting at you. Maybe there could be a link between these 2 things.

4:39 = At this point, my post count was 1,639. Make it 16:39 and you have military time. Convert it to standard time and its 4:39.

16 times = This was the 16th death thread in this forum. I was the creator of it.
These clues lead to the conclusion that I commited suicide.
