It is called "300" not Zoo or anything, but the number 300.

Why is it called 300? Because they are "300" Spartans (advanced warriors trained sins kids) against 1 million. It is a war movie, nothing like "the gladiator" The Gladiator was not a war movie, but basically a 1 vs 1 sword based movie.

300 More likely is a war movie, as you can see its , 300 -spartans- againts 1 million -I dont know what-.

They have already made a book about this story.

It's one of the movies I intend to see the most right now. It looks amazing and the graphic's and designs look's fabulous!

300 looks like a very good movie. One of them I want to see right now, along with "Wild Hogs". ;)

Yeah this movie is great 10/10 but there is a lot of nudity (women). I highly recommened it very cool movie.

so if you do not like nudity do not go. There is also one part

Ok, i dont understand why so many people don't want to see this movie. On its first day out, it scored 28 million dollars. Not only cuz its the most balla movie eva, but cuz its the most balla movie eva.

Yes, there is some nudity...and by some, i mean alot. The queen gets done in the rear a couple of times, and the God-Emperor Xerxes has naked [b][color=red]- PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING!!! -[/color][/b][b][color=red]- PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING!!! -[/color][/b][b][color=red]- PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING!!! -[/color][/b][b][color=red]- PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING!!! -[/color][/b]s dancing for him.

The effects and graphics to this movie is amazing. All the outfits, including the immortals (Elite Persians), are amazing. If you like balls to the wall action, blood flying everywhere, then this is the movie for you.

If you dont like it, then still watch it, its amazing.

But i can understand how many of you can't go watch it. Its rated-R, and many of you aren't 17, so thats something i can understand. But try to get your friends to buy you a ticket or something.



A little history lesson, it was 300 Spartans with 1,000 allies of Greece, against 100,000 Persians. Not 1,000,000. The movie only used 1,000,000 to make it seem more dramatic. And yes, all 300 Spartans die.

I'm one of the few people in my school who hasn't seen it yet, and that is only because i can't drive yet and don't have a way to get to the movie theater. EEveryone I know says it is one of the best movies ever.

Amazing movie. I hate movies about wars and stuff, but this was amazing. Go see it, right now. it's 18A, so I snuck in with my cousin. =P

Yea, it is great, but it is about spartants from sparta, and they took boys from there mom at the age of 7 and made them beat the **** out of each other, than they whiped them, and made them warriors than at the age 17 they joined the army there ws only "300" prople in the army but they kicked but. They had a 3 day war were they deafeated like 3 armies then they died, then sparta was gone and Poof no more spartants. It seems awesome.

Well...not exactly.

Age 7, they are sent out for military combat. By age 17, they are entered into the amry. BUT, there was not "only" 300 soldiers. The king took 300 of his BEST soldiers to fight at the Hot Gates.

They didn't fight three armies, they fought against waves of attack.

1. The Persian Army
2. The Mounted Persian Army
3. The Immortals
4. Barbarians
...

And so on. Yes, they all did die, but they didn't erase spartan history. When Xerxes wanted to talk to the king, the king said "If they kill me, then entire Sparta will be at war." At the end, they killed him, and now Sparta was in control of 30,000 troops including allies of Greece.
