That was when I joined this club penguin forum. It has been a whole year. I was gonna mek a thread at that day but I wasn't even on on 7th of June. Whatever. Here's my story:
I go on Club Penguin from MC, and notice the forum tab. I think, I have never seen it before, so I click it. Then I see the index page with the old banner. I see the rules thing, take a look at it, and think that it's too boring to read. I randomly click threads. I don't get half of them. Then I decide to join. Read the rules, blah blah, username:LOL, penguin name: I won't tell it lol! and stuff. Then I see the welcoming thread in gc, oppen it. It's very old and was posted by a guy called RFS with a funny green name. I se he is the guy who posted the rules. Then I read a few pages, and think that it's my time to post. Befor eposting, I see many people with colored posts so I decide post liek that too. I make the text bold, then decide that the navy color is my favorite. I say "hi im new here". Then some guy called Ziek says welcome. I'm super happy, someone noticed me. Then I learn that Ziek is a girl. Then, Pitty posts. I laugh, what kind of a name is that? Then I think aboıut the orange and see that he is a moderator. I check his profile to be sure that he is actually a guy. Then it goes on.
I find the magic wand in GIMp, and decide to add items to people's penguins. Nobody cares. How could I know thhat most of the people are capable of it? Nobody comes and explains me why my shop got only few customers and only customer is Kazar requesting a picture of miley cyrus with a mustache. Then I forget about it. I see some guy called stala trying to make lots of threads, steal pman's avy and stuff, trying to get a a sticky.(well, that's one of the things that I remember well, sorry stala:P) I say, wow, why would someone want to be a mod? You check every single post on the forum.
Later, I see that we have lots of people trying to be "well-known", get stickies and be the smartypants. Then I see Ziek becoming a good user, I see the rise of the Spectator, then she becomes friends with some significant people there, an finally closes it just after she becomes a moderator.
During my time here, I posted about whatever I thought, made jokes when I felt bad, and people didn't liek them. I don't even really care though, it's my own little world. I remember someone hwo was awesomely funny, and he was so funny that "he stopped being funny". What a shame.
This place, MCCP, is really weird. We have some pople who don't care a bit a about the forums, and some people who think about this virtual place as real life and care about it more than real life. It would be more fun if people didn't take this place that seriously and posted honestly, with smileys so that we can understand them. Hiding behind a computer doesn't help. Posting like osmeone you aren't doesn't. Thats oneo f the reason why I started to hate this place after one year. It took me one year to hate Cp and here equally, playing Cp is like coming on here for me. ou may take this as an insult or compliment, I don't know.
