View Full Version : Being Able To Kick People Out Of Your Igloo

Am I the only who thinks being able to kick people our of your igloo would be good? Like if there's a really annoying person there, or if someone goes to your College just to advertise their own College. Or, if you're hosting a Total Drama Island(a game where you vote people off) and a camper doesn't wanna leave, you could actually make them leave?

I'm normally the 'annoying' person. :P
I don't think it should be put in the game, it's a form of bullying. "GET OUT OF MY IGLOO. YOURE ANNOYING"

It would be nice. Random people walking into your igloo is annoying.

hows that bullying? making someone leave when you want to just talk to friends, whats wrong with that? or what if this person was stalking you? so i guess we cant have the Ignore button because "DONT TALK TO ME YOURE ANOYING/CREEPY"ITs PRIVACY! Hope im not offending any one but i dont want the 7 year old brigade in my igloo.

i like this idea! if cp does this, i think penguins should not be able to get in for 30 minutes because they would probably just come right back.

Random people can only come in your igloo is it's opened. If you don't want annoying people in your igloo, don't open it then. I dislike this idea, it would ruin the game for a lot of players.

Well, it kinda is a seven year old game. :O
I think if you want to ingore someone, you should just use the ignore button. There's no need of wanting them out of your igloo. Plus, if you don't want anyone in your igloo, why would you have it open? O.o And, kicking out one person cause they are 'annoying' is rude. If they were breaking a rule (which is kinda impossible on CP) then they could be kicked out, but if they are just there being jerks, then it's a free island. :P

I dont mind this idea.. Because you always have that annoying person going in your igloo and advertising to your visitors..

I don't see your reasoning..If its our igloo we paid membership for we should be able to kick someone out.. As I stated you always have that one visitor that ruins all the fun.. by advertising, dating, throwing snowballs at people and annoying them etc...You just don't have much reasoning behind saying they shouldn't do it but "It would be bullying" thats like saying adding a penguin to my ignore list is bullying...

Uh, just close your igloo!! That way, random people can't come in but your friends can. Problem solved.

I would like this idea to happen, but sadly I have never had a party, people just say my igloo stinks, mad a bored face, usually say something rude to me and then leave. NO my igloo isnt awful I just dont like having 100000 dance floors and flashing lights.

As Chargers said, if you don't want anybody in your igloo close it. :lock:
But if you don't want to close it, and somebody comes in and is annoying, put them on your ignore list, simple as that.

You could always ignore, or look away from that user. I know I'd be very insulted if I was kicked out of an igloo. Excluding someone IS bullying.

This is actually a great idea.
If they person is harassing you or being annoying, you can just kick them out and maybe they can't come in for a certain amount of time. I really like this idea.:P

But that doesn't guarantee that anyone else will ignore them. They might be advertising or something.

Ok, I notice that I'm getting mixed feelings about this idea.
As for those people who say "Just close your igloo!!" What if, for example, you're wanna have any sort of igloo party--let's say a fashion show--Then, what if someone keeps advertising their fashion show while you're trying host yours? It's really annoying.
Now for those people who say "Put 'em on your ignore list" Then, if the situation is like the one where someone starts advertising their own igloo event, you can't have other people put that person on their ignore lists.

What if you are having a party and someone is being mean it takes a little while for he/she/it to get banned.

When you are beeing annoying ON PURPOSE all you are doing is making someone mad at you so you dont benifit from being annoying.I dont see why you'd be insulted if you were meaning to annoy you were asking for it.its like saying GASP I was provoking someone to do it and guess what. IT HAPPENED! And before someone says "What If a seven year old goes up to his mom and says'Mommy I was kicked out of an igloo because I was annoying' " the ignore button wouldnt work cause idk bout y'all but It would annoy me to SEE the penguin standing there throwing snowballs at you etc. also sometime its the lonely kid who added as your buddy to make him/her/it feel better and your igloo is CLOSED but hes in there and being annoying, so you delete them from you list but him/her/it is STILL there.
PS I know this is long but I'm bored and im easily consumed and go into online rants XD XD
PSS I do not mean to offened the lonnley Pengs. I just mean your CLOSE budds wouldnt do that(most of the time XD)

It's like none of you are reading some of the posts. What if you have a party or something and someone comes into your igloo to talk in the extremely annoying caps lock format about their "BETTER" party? Here are three options:
A: Flame them to death while they say "NO!"
B: Throw virtual snowballs
C: Report them... And wait a day or two
HIDDEN BONUS: Have a baby use it's super "I never get hurt" luck and do something to the person then say "DODGES" until you pretend beat them up!
Not very good options. I also think it would be cool if it was like a chat box so you could have mods and owners.

We should totally be able to kick people out. Once I was having a party but a secret agent (which is nowhere near EPF status like I have) crashed it by telling everybody they would be reported if they stayed. Sometimes we just [I]need[I] to kick people out... FOR GOOD!

EPF status? I thought secret agents were supposed to keep the island safe, not be a status symbol.
