I have an original puffle but that's all, he's called Jelly :D

Im guessing that maybe they are. But its just a peice of shaped plastic with a toy code to unlock an item :D perfect!

No. They are not worth a single penny. Unless you are giving it to a child who will actually do something with it.

(The toys are great...I wish I had more. Oh, and I'm 13. My brother likes them and he's 18. So there :P)

I don't have a Club Penguin toy, nor do I ever plan to, but I can predict that it'll be one of those toys that sits on your shelf or gets chewed up by your dog after 2 weeks of gathering dust.

That depends.
If you're a fan of Club Penguin, and want something to collect, you bet.
If you don't play or like Club Penguin, then no.
