It's NOT a hack. The ID's for the clothes were just mixed up. See how he has NO body item? THAT body item BECAME the bowtie/cape.

Actually, It pervents you to have a body Item. The I.D's got mixed up in my case, were I had to hats, But 2 Neck Items? It pervents you from having a Body Item.

Alright, now that we affirmed that this could be a hack, no need to discuss hacking anymore.
