Alright, It seems in the Club Penguin games that there is two different sets of blue. But, The question is why isn't there a light navy blue color? There's a Dark Blue color and there is a actual light blue one. Remember the old penguin band in 06 when you had to find there parts and you get a autograph of them? But if you looked closely the piano dude was wearing a light dark blue color.

how do I explain this... Its the neutral color. Its the color penguins get when they have no color on at all. Hope this helped (and was right)...

I really want it. It's probably the awesome color in the whole game. I hope they could release it..

like the above said, it is the default colour. because of that, the probably wont release it. here are some of the places you can find them:
penguin band background
fans at the bottom of ski hill
the old cp homepage.
if there is lag, this color will shop up while loading.
