I think you take a super easy test and then you get the hat.

You have to take a test, and if you passed you get the hat.
If you don't, I think you try again.

It's located at the Ski Village. You have to be 45 days or older and then take the super easy test. If you fail, try again.

The hat is on ski village but make sure you pass the test about it and be older than 45 days.

So I mean;

1- Pass the test
1- Be +45 Days !

Ohh! thanks so much now I know first I have to be 45 days old then pass the test to get it.:D
