Help with audio please.

So, I'm going to make a "food fight" animation for this show and I need the following:
"IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR BLAAAEGH" sound from one of the lazor collections,
The sound you get when you squeeze a fruit,
Running sound(a bit like tapping)
Punch sound(like in xat, but a better version,

Someone saying EPIC WIN, WIN, and FAIL- all as different files,
This is spartaaaa! of leonidas, only the part where he says it- nothing more nothing less.

Just a heads up for you and also people who need sound effects, I used to pull things from FlashKit.com whenever I needed effects. You can try there for some of the more generic ones.
