the first day ps3 came out they got sold out in less than an hour mostly alot of people got them that is why it's not selling and puls its alot of money my dad got me one for $1000 off of ebay i felt bad for him but he owns a company so he got money and he got my bro the wii

Even though the games for Play Station 1 aren't as high-tech as the PS3 games, the PS3 is just way to expensive for some families, a lot of people can't afford them that's why they aren't selling, on the other hand PS1's are way cheaper, and people can afford them. PS2's are getting their fame again too, their starting to drop to about $100-$80, so people are starting to buy those. GameCube's are also selling just a bit more, games are still in that category. It all just depends on what the consumer can afford, and wants to buy

. The requirement of a HD TV for the console to even work.

I would prefer buying games for my computer then going out and spending hundreds on a game system. I bought Grand Theft Auto III for my computer and it plays just as well as it did with PS2 plus if you can get a computer game controller it's almost exactly the same thing.

I cant afford a ps3 because they cost 1,370.79 USD in Thailand. But there is a place in the main city for 643.8099 USD but its too far -_-

Well, many stores and other places do not have anymore PS3'S. As soon as it stocks, it just leaves.
The only other place to find a PS3 is over the internet. If you are lucky enough enough to even find someone on the internet selling them, the price will probably be even more than usual.

Wii's graphics suck. Almost all wii's games suck (pokemon, mario) are those games???. Also you cant download demos, Movie traillers, even full games for the wii. Even Xbos360 is better than wii. Have you even tried to play ps3??
