We get points for having infractions removed, so why doesn't being ressurected get you points.
I'd say that's a good achivment to be ressurected :P

Getting off of a permaban is one of those "special circumstance" achievements so it fits the bill of being a secret one - something special or out of the ordinary needs to happen to get it, so it's worth 0 points and it's green.
