10-Year-Old Boy Dies After Being Found Hanging From A Hook In His School's Bathroom.

Chicago, IL (AHN) - A 10-year-old boy has died after being found unresponsive hanging from a hook in a bathroom of his Evanston, IL elementary school.

The boy was found Tuesday afternoon and died early Wednesday morning at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

A spokesman for the Evanston/Skokie School District 65 say they think the incident was an accident and not foul play.

The Oakton Elementary School school janitor reportedly performed CPR on the fifth-grader after someone else found him.

An autopsy will be performed.
