I don't think that counts; not sure though.

"Rigged like Florida" is referring to when a mod/admin changes the results.
I think it only happened once, I don't remember the thread though.

That's one way of getting it so technically you have it, but the "real" meaning is whenever a moderator clearly skews the poll, for example like when I add a million votes to reptiles in a favorite animal poll.
