HEY...ok so i was in the secret agent room and hover over the cupbored and the draws came out and i clicked on it ..
so that means i can go in...the the problem is that i dont even have an EPF GAME OR A DS:blush:
so how can i get it

The only thing I can think of is if you tryed it out somewhere and uploaded coins onto your penguin account from the game...

Like iWaddle said, if you upload coins to your account using any DS with an EPF game, you will be able to access the room. If a friend has EPF and knows your CP username and password, he or she could have uploaded coins to your account. If you haven't ever told anyone your password for Club Penguin, then this is probably a glitch. However, just in case, I would recommend that you change your password now because it is possible that someone has figured it out, and could possibly do damage to your account.

That is very strange. I cannot, unfortunately, test whether this also happens to me, because I, my siblings and all of their friends who have Club Penguin accounts also have Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force, meaning that we have legitimate access to the Elite Penguin Force Head Quarters Command Room. I believe that only a staff member can give you an explanation to this.

This has happend to acouple people I know, most of them haven't even seen the game. It's some weird/awesome glitch.
