It's a rip off I think, the site has a link to Club Penguin and the site owners know that
Club Penguin is huge so they throw the image up there in hopes of getting hits.

Why would CP want to advertise anyway? Don't they have enough players?

That's an advert for a gaming site, that obviously somehow got cp on their site, or has a link to their site.

I remember seeing that on TIS earlier today. I doubt it was designed by anyone associated with Club Penguin, probably just a site that has abunch of links to online games.

In the business world, when some company get richer and richer, they just want to be more rich, so they advertise. Club penguin has been advertising for the Disney channel lately. They just want more players and more money. ;)
