there is a little icon that looks like two mountains. Click that and paste the link to the picture in the pop up window.

You can upload pictures on a sight like Tinypic or Imageshack. Then copy th link. Click on the yellow icon with the mountains on the forum and paste the link there. That should work

Register
Click on Albums and you can easily upload images right off you computer

Also, you don't download either of them, they are websites.
Tiny Pic- tinypic.com (that is what I use) (and no that is not advertizing)
