Ok I'm bumping this thread because I need more help I can't seen to catch any of the three lake pokemon one of them flew away and I can't get near it. The other two won't stay in the poke balls. I have one other question Is the master ball supposed to be used on a special pokemon?

the master ball is used to catch hard to find or catch you, if you see mesprite you can use the master ball for a quick catch or you can use mean look to keep it at the battle, for azelf and uxie you can use false swap when its health is down and then use a ultra ball or dusk or even a quick ball sometimes work if you get its hp down fast

So the master ball is for mespirit? I still don't know how to catch up to mespirit. Also with the other two I tried that but it still doesn't work.

You dont NEED master balls for ANY pokemon.

Ok thanks also one more question for my national pokedex I need to soo a few more pokemon where can I see:#'s 46, 65, 72, 80, 114 and 115. And I still need help on the three legendaries.
EDIT: I just caught two of em and can't catch up to the third

To catch the moving spirit what I done was I got the map app. (I think its called the Marking map, dunno 'cos I lost my game) and you can keep flying at the same town you are currently in (I used Floarama Town) until the spirit is right next to it... Now try to attempt to go towards it and keep trying until you get in a battle with it. This may take a few tries.

I know this method works because I used it to catch Cresselia. Any problems just ask.
