In Pearl, where do you get the Super Rod? Simple question, simple answer.

I haven't played in a while but if I remember correctly:

After the Elite Four you get the ferry from Snowpoint over to Fight Area. You need the national dex to get past but if you do there's an entrance to route 225 and there will be a fisherman there so you get the super rod off him.
