Hold Ctrl and the Print Screen button (To the right of the F12 button). Then hold Ctrl and V in Paint, shrink it to a good size so only your penguin is showing, save it, upload to Imageshack.us, then use the Hotlink for Forums (With IMG, not img). Hope this helps.

but you dont hold ctrl and print screen, it's just print screen

No, it's with Ctrl. It doesn't usually work with me that way... Weird. Oh well. I'll try it sometime.
